“After finding the ultra-warm leggings on the Hot Togs stand at the Outdoor Show, I was looking forward to using them on a chilly walking weekend I had planned in Wales.
So at the end of January I took them to Snowdonia where with my husband, I walked and then climbed onto ‘Foel Grach’ at 3025 feet and with lots of snow!. We were planning to stay overnight in the bothy 1500 feet below the summit, but as darkness fell and the going became pretty tough, we decided it was a safer bet to stay in an emergency shelter not far from the summit of Foel Grach.. Overnight, the temperature didn’t rise above -2 degrees, so my newly acquired leggings were most welcomed, working well to keep me cosy and were very much envied by my husband!
Being so stretchy and comfortable, i have been wearing them under my jeans at work during a very chilly week. it’s great to be able to nip outside or jump into the car without the shock of cold on your legs. We are looking forward to the men’s sizes becoming available, meanwhile I may well indulge in a second pair.”
