Order value BELOW £20 – Standard delivery charge: £2.20 (Inc VAT)
Order value £20 or OVER – FREE Standard Delivery
Please note: Standard delivery orders will be delivered to you within 3-5 working days of receipt of your order and payment.
EU (including the Republic of Ireland) Delivery charges
£4.50 standard delivery charge
(for deliveries to the EU it may take up to 7 days for you to receive your order)
International Delivery – £7.50 Standard delivery
(orders may take up to 10 days to reach you depending on where you are).

If, due to any unforeseen circumstances there is a problem with stock or with the handling of your order then Hot Togs will contact you to notify you of the problem and the delay.

We very much hope that you are happy with your purchases from Hot Togs. However if you wish to return a product for whatever reason then you may do so as long as it is within 28 days of the date that the products were dispatched and that the products are still in a re-saleable condition, for hygiene purposes the products must NOT have been worn and have to be returned in their original, undamaged packaging in order to receive a full refund.
The delivery charge of returning the products to use is non refundable unless the products are faulty. The value of the returned product(s) at the time of purchase will be refunded to the same credit/debit card/Paypal account that you used to purchase the goods.
Please allow up to 14 days from receipt of your return for a refund to be processed. If you wish to return goods or to arrange a replacement please email email@example.com and we will arrange this for you.
Please note: This returns policy is only applicable to products that have been purchased from our online store. There may be a charge for the return postage service.
